Charter Regulations
* Charters should only be done during the dates listed on the team schedule to be awarded points.
* Charters may be done as many times as you want during the dates listed.
* Late night flights must be on the ground before Midnight (12:00am) Local of the last day of play.
* In order to verify logs, pilots must put "JFK/BOS MLB Charter" in theyre log remarks, it is also suggested to put this info in your flightplan remarks.
* Pilots must log theyre flights on the AvA site, then you must submit a COPY of your log to your Hub Manager in order to be awarded credit for your team. failure to do this will result in a point not being counted.
* JFK and BOS Pilots may do opposing team charters, however they must remain with that team for the remainder of the season.
* All pilots will remain within the operating procedures of VATSIM and American Virtual Airlines.
* CAT Restrictions ARE NOT lifted for these flights, all pilots will remain within or below theyre current rating. CAT restrictions may be lifted only during AvA approved events or celebrations that may coincide during the season. Pilots will be notified of this when/if restrictions are lifted. |
