FltPlan.com is an excellent resource actually used
for real world flight planning, however is available for us simmers as well.
You have to register (don't worry it's free) but it's well worth it!

FS Build is a great flight planning utility. Enter
your Departure and Arrival destinations, select a few options and let it do
the flight planning for you!
MyAirplane

SimRoutes is a super resource for obtaining
flightplans for your flights!
Route Finder
Route Finder is another excellent site to search for
flight plans. Its a great resource for International route flight plans.
